    Skyfindas Digital Solutions — Subscription Agreement

    SKYFINDAS DIGITAL SOLUTIONS

    SERVICE CONTRACT AGREEMENT

    This Service Contract Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between:

    Skyfindas Digital Solutions LLC ("Service Provider"), and

    client-name the undersigned Client, collectively referred to as the "Parties."

    1. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT

    This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider will deliver website development, IT solutions, and/or social media management services based on the Client’s selected service plan.

    2. SERVICE PLANS & FEES

    • Starter Plan – $120 (One-Time Flat Fee): Single-page website, responsive design, basic SEO, 1 week support.
    • Basic Plan – $120 per Month: Up to 5 pages, responsive design, standard SEO, monthly updates, 24/7 email support.
    • Standard Plan – $150 (One-Time Flat Fee): Up to 10 pages, advanced SEO, 2 weeks support, basic graphics/branding.
    • Social Media Management – $69 per Month: 12–16 posts, scheduling, analytics, engagement support.

    3. CONTRACT DURATION

    Options: 6-Month or 12-Month contracts. Monthly plans billed automatically; one-time plans paid upfront.

    4. PAYMENT TERMS

    Payments via bank transfer, card, or approved portals. Payments not received within 7 days of the due date may incur a late fee of $20 and may interrupt service. Fees are non-refundable unless services not initiated.

    4.1 Price Changes Pricing will remain locked for the full one-year term. Any renewal price changes will be communicated in writing at least 30 days prior to contract renewal.

    5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Client agrees to:

    • Provide all required content, information, passwords, branding files, and resources needed for service delivery.
    • Communicate approvals, revisions, or requests in a timely manner.
    • Comply with all applicable laws regarding content and online activities.
    • Pay all subscription fees on time according to this Agreement.

    6. SERVICE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES

    Skyfindas Digital Solutions LLC Shall:

    • Deliver services listed in Section 2 with professionalism and due care.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all Client information.
    • Provide monthly performance updates or reports (if applicable).
    • Maintain reasonable communication with the Client through email, chat, or scheduled calls.
    • Notify the Client of any expected delays, challenges, or issues impacting service delivery.

    7. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    • All original content created by Skyfindas Digital Solutions LLC becomes the Client’s property once full payment is made for the month in which the content was created.
    • Skyfindas Digital Solutions LLC retains the right to showcase completed work for marketing or portfolio purposes unless the Client provides a written request not to.

    8. CONFIDENTIALITY

    Both Parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this Agreement. This includes:

    • Passwords
    • Business strategies
    • Customer lists
    • Other non-public information

    9. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

    Skyfindas Digital Solutions LLC will strive to:

    • Respond to Client communication within 24–48 hours (business days).
    • Deliver agreed content or services within mutually agreed timelines.
    • Resolve technical issues within reasonable timeframes depending on complexity.

    10. PROHIBITED USES

    The Client agrees not to use the services for illegal, harmful, or unethical activities including:

    • Fraudulent marketing
    • Plagiarism
    • Hate speech
    • Activities that violate platform policies (Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.)

    11. TERMINATION

    11.1 Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the Agreement with 30 days written notice but remains responsible for paying the remainder of the contract term unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    11.2 Termination by Service Provider: Skyfindas Digital Solutions LLC may terminate the Agreement if:

    • The Client fails to pay fees for more than 30 days
    • The Client repeatedly engages in abusive or harmful behavior
    • The Client violates any part of this Agreement

    11.3 Effect of Termination: All outstanding payments remain due. Any work-in-progress will be delivered only upon full payment.

    12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Skyfindas Digital Solutions LLC shall not be liable for:

    • Client revenue loss, business interruptions, or indirect damages
    • Issues caused by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, hosting platforms, etc.)
    • Delays caused by Client’s failure to provide information on time

    Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the last 30 days of service.

    13. AMENDMENTS

    Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.

    14. GOVERNING LAW

    This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.

    15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    This document represents the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all previous discussions or arrangements.

    16. SIGNATURES

    By signing below, both Parties agree to the terms.

    I, agree to the Subscription Agreement with Skyfindas Digital Solutions, acknowledge the terms above, and authorize the start date. I understand this digital signature is legally equivalent to my handwritten signature.
